Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey completed on June 14, 2022 found that County Caregivers, LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on April 28, 2022.
